The deadline for cancellation is 3 days from the date you received the product, or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

We will process your refund within 7 days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, with no additional fees.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must have been purchased within the last 3 days
- The product must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that deteriorate quickly or are expired
- Items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable (unless required by law).

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift:

If the product was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
