Shipping & Delivery

Orders can currently be shipped within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The available shipping methods for your order will be displayed at checkout. We are continuously working to improve our services and may introduce additional delivery or pickup options in the future.

We partner with reliable logistics and courier companies across the UAE to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Note: Orders placed outside business hours (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM) or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Delivery Time

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Up to 2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Hatta: Up to 3 business days after order confirmation
  • Western Region & Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days

*Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to promotions, sales periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee if an order is not accepted at the provided delivery address on the confirmed delivery date.

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional processing fee of AED 9.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Elite Strider offers a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for customers across the UAE.

  • Select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout to use this service
  • A processing fee of AED 9 applies to all COD orders
  • Only cash payments are accepted (no cheques or drafts)

Please prepare the exact amount or as close as possible when receiving your order. Do not pay any extra amount to the courier. The total amount mentioned on the courier’s airway bill is the final payable amount, including all charges.

You must pay the full amount before receiving and signing for the parcel. Packages can only be opened after payment is completed.

Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. Couriers cannot:

  • Change the invoice amount
  • Accept returns or exchanges at the doorstep

Additional Information

We are fully authorized to continue shipping across the UAE. While we strive to maintain standard delivery timelines, high order volumes or special conditions may limit availability of certain delivery options.
